Trusty-Cook, Update New Ball Peen, Colors

I’m getting the boot for a few days. But fear not! The “Orginator” will be taking a break from his work on copious copy. Multitasking is in his blood, and he’ll be checking to see if anybody has sent a PM while he continues to memorize the Chicago Manual of Style. I’ll be back to work Thursday, 12/10, in a comatose state.

Our new ball peen hammer is coming along. We should have the mold back from etching soon, and we’re hoping to have the hammer available early 2016. We should have color options for the new hammer, at some point. And speaking of colors, we’ll soon have our four current ball peen hammers available in green year round.

If anybody has any special requests for hammers, don’t hesitate to send a PM. At times we do have hammers available that are not part of our standard offering of colors. Or, if you’re not in a hurry to get a particular model in a particular color and can wait until we’re working on the Trusty-Cook brand…We can make some things happen for you.

We still don't have an update on the molds for the new ball peen. My hope is that by the end of January the new hammer will be available. I've posted elsewhere that green ball peens will become available as a regular item, soon--possibly within the next couple weeks.

We haven't finished the costing on the shorty, yet. A ball park is $50-$60 (list price). I doubt it will be more than $60, and it could be less than $50.

The four ball peens will be available in green soon--year round. We are running green next week and should have some of the four ball peens available for sale late next week or early the following week. I'm pretty sure we'll see the new ball peen in red and green early on. I'm not sure about blue, however.
