I bought some of the non flex cheap once on Amazon, idea being to hold a hose clamp and get it onto a hose and tighten down, so flex not main concern, but I have a set of non locking flex as well.

The locking drivers are bulky, and the locking lever not the easiest thing to use. Someday maybe handy.

I've never seen these. By locking does it mean it holds onto the nut?

Yes it means hold onto the nut.

I have some Koken nut grip sockets which hold onto the nut as well, but they are no good on a flexible shaft as they will just come off when you pull off the nut. Thats why I need some sort of locking flxible shaft. I can use duct tape, but it would be much more elegant to have a locking flexible shaft.

I thought I recently saw a complete set of these. And they weren't cheap either, like 40 each. If I can remember I'll be back

I needed one of these a little while ago to fasten a TDC sensor on. There was just no space to get three fingers to hold let alone both hands in. A magnetic socket just wasn't working for me at the time either. Only a flex nut driver worked and with a little painter's tape just to hold the bolt till I can pull out the socket.

That would be really great if you could remember as I have been looking for hours. Not too worried about the cost, would just be nice to have the right tools.
