New Blackhawk catalog loaded..................I believe it's '30 or '31 but I absolutely need "eyes on" and some knowledgeable comments!!!! Read the description for my dating rationale. Adding to the mystery......the 991 ratchet was supposedly released in '34 so this cat may be later.

The "Handy Guides I've seen all use the no. 100 for the catalog number, but also incorporate what I think is a month and year date. This one doesn't have that, so you pretty much have to make an educated guess here.

My guess is between '31 and '33. I do believe that the "Lock-On" socket feature made its debut in 1930 and I don't see that touted as a new feature in this catalog.

One clue within this catalog is the socket release key (9001). By what I see in a 1934 catalog, the key has been redesigned and now has a (9004) designation.
