I'm glad you said what the range was on that Milton gauge because I'd have never known until I was trying to check my E range tires. Just another excuse to buy more tools.

Honestly, the Milton stuff is all high quality and the price is fantastic for USA made items. The gage was like $7 shipped via Amazon. They have the dual head style also.

got the 12-24 Snap On 1/2" Metric shallow and deep set today, a long soft 3/8 snap on ratchet, long soft 1/4 ratchet, and standard soft 3/8 snap on ratchet.

Stopped at Eppy's Tools in Howell NJ, huge SK inventory with great prices, picked up a few goodies: #86320 and #86321 screwdriver sets with the hard suregrip handles and #45171 ratchet, 3/8" drive in a 1/4" body. Worth the trip, will be stocking up on more SK soon.

Wow I never heard about that store and it's only like 40 minutes from me! Will definitely be stopping in there my next day off.

That Buck is a great knife for the money. Super value.

I pick it over my Victorinox and Case knives just about every morning.

Sanny the place is addictive, HUGE selections, and the $12 membership fee pays for itself on the first visit, I didn't want to leave today lol. Just a tip if you use GPS to get there enter RT 9 as US Highway 9, otherwise it won't come up correctly. Happy hunting.

From my EDC bundle:

- CRKT Crawford design folding knife (will impulse buy a knife with a serrated edge at some point - too many to chose from but I like the Spyderco Delica 4 etc)

- pen from my stash at work (need to find a nice tactical pen, or space pen)

For the full size get the leatherman charge tti hands down. If you want to spend a little less than get a leatherman wave.

Haven't had a chance to use them yet. Had a few tekton locking pliers before. I got tired of them real quick. They were nice until you really had to use them. Mardi Gras coming up so some drunk idiot will end up breaking something, then I'll have a chance to try them out.

I won that lot of screwdrivers, among a few other things, but is there anyone in here that knows anything about this particular screwdriver/punch? It's is HEAVY. One solid piece with a standard end. Only markings I can find are "JB" Thanks!

I found an interesting old stock item at the local mom & Pop hardware store which BTW is the second if not the longest hardware store in operation by one family in the US I'm a fan of Vise Grips, the old ones, so I had to have this. I had never seen any of these before and apparently this is the only one where Schrade gets top billing. The other 3? models were Vise Grips and this is the Schrade tough grip with Vise Grip locking pliers. The owner said it had been on the shelf for close to fifteen years so I offered him $17.00 and gladly paid that for such a unique Vise Grip.

I won't be using this one in fact I've read how it's dangerous if one is not very careful. The 2nd photo of the back lists the tools on the Schrade,

I'll take a Victorinox SwissTool over a Leatherman any day. Better range of tools for what I need, and much more user friendly.

Air coupler by Husky under $10. Very nice. I think it's the same design as Prevost (the original maker), but the closest knock-off. I bought a HF one and it's horrible but this Husky one seems legit. I inspected the hole and it's designed a lot better than the HF; the HF has horrible o-ring retention.

You have to click in twice for full coupling. Can someone w/ Prevost to confirm if that's how you couple air pieces?

I am starting to like looking at those new Snap-on pry bars.

I think they look fine on the bigger ones, but the small ones look a bit goofy.

We have a 48" crown top pry bar it's super handy and heavy duty 3/4" bar stock makds them feel sturdy they are much larger then the normal snappy pry bars. There great for poping coil springs and all around leverage you can easily fit both hands on the end I'd like to see a straight tip version.

The small one in the above pic look like spdc18g it's accutually a chisel I kinda want one but it's not a major priority

Agreed. I like my old style striking handles better. I think they fit my hand better, and they fit better in tight spaces. I have used the new style, and am not very fond of them.

I don't know how it is possible to lose a socket that you are actively using, but I successfully did. I got this shipped on eBay for less than the store price. My mild OCD said I needed a Craftsman to fill my Craftsman socket set.
