A trailer stand with a ball, that could lay flat when not in use, then be flipped up and locked in, such that one could load and unload a trailer without the tow vehicle attached.
It could come with an optional coupler adapter so that you could easily switch from vehicle to stand without lifting or needing to move the truck to transition.

If you guys make a full line of socket trays, I'll buy all of them. 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, and 3/4.

I hadn't thought of that. In my particular case though the trailer would definitely move trying to roll a load up the ramp. This set-up was far easier and cheaper than switching to a wheeled jack, and putting supports at the back.This is easily solved with a support that folds down at the back of the trailer.
