AdvanceAuto has the 20pc Gearwrench set for $49.99 and the 5pc SAE or Metric for $14.99

You can't use any promo codes on these since they are on sale but if you buy stuff there and use their speedperks program you may have some rewards and those will work on these.

These deals are good until the 28th and it takes up to 7 days to get the reward, so you could go spend $100 (buy stuff for a few oil changes) and get $20 off $40 reward and make the 20pc set $29.99. Or spend $30 and get a $5 off $10 reward to bring one of the 5pc sets $9.99

They are a couple dollars cheaper at sears and if you have surprise point can get even cheaper. My set was $39.75 picked up in store

Are the wrenches in this deal good? Does not look the open end ratchets and they are not reversible. How important are those features?

I think they are a bad deal. I think it is real important to have reversible wrench for most uses. I do not like these much at all except for very special uses.

For example, I have a 32mm, 27mm, and a 24mm version of these straight ratcheting wrenches for axle nuts on dirt bikes. I have given away two sets of these wrenches and replaced them with offset reversing and flex head versions for normal mechanic type uses.

just turn the wrench over to reverse...these are a good value for the $$

If you have more $$ to spend you might try the Dewalts from sears outlets.

This.
I have the Craftsman version(same manufacturer) of these wrenches in SAE, and Gearwrench reversibles for my Metric Set. I prefer the non-reversible. the reversibles have issues with the switch doubling back while in use.

I may get a set of these in metric.

Not being reversible is not at all a big deal. How often are you in a situation where you have to tighten something, and then immediately loosen it, and you don't have the second or two it takes to pull the wrench off the bolt, turn it over, and then put it back on the bolt? Plus, I've heard several complaints from people about the GearWrench reversible wrenches having a problem with flipping the reverse lever on their own.

Personally, I'd prefer to have to flip the wrench over to undo something, rather than run of the risk of it flipping the reverse lever on it's own when you're tightening something down.

No, the open end doesn't ratchet, but that's not a big deal to me, I don't find it an important feature, and it's not something I actively seek out when I'm looking for wrenches.

I would prefer reversible wrenches just for the offset. I have run into clearance issues using these nonreversing wrenches on flat plate where I could not get a ratchet that would not have been an issue with a 15* offset. If their version of the flex heads aren't floppy even better yet. Reversibles do have their place.

Smoking deal though for these particular wrenches.
