My boss bought us these for work and damn does it come in handy. Liked em so much bought one for my personal tools at home. I highly recommend any one that works on compact boilers more so Munchkin boilers to get one even other appliances. For those folk who only buy USA made tools you are **** out a luck, the HBR5 is made in Taiwan.

Check out the vim hbr3....it's friggn awesome! I have the husky and kobalt versions of the hbr5 and like those as well, but the hbr3 goes places the others can't, and has a 6 pt box end if you need to bust something lose, then the regular ratchet end

I have a few different bit ratchets and I think the HBR5 is the most versatile. Very low profile 1/4 socket adaptor that goes in the 5/16 end (stronger than most 1/4s, I'm sure), ability to use 5/16 or 1/4 bits, nice size and angle...

I had a bit ratchet thread with a lot of pics of it.

Thanks for the link to the thread. I did not know that there were so many times and brands of bit drivers.

Any one have a good solution or know where to get a small box to hold a HBR5 ratchet, bits, and maybe sockets? I like the one GSMotorrad posted but I would not need nor want the ratchet plus the price of $69.98 for it is more than I would want to shell out.

The ones branded Husky and Kobalt come with a case and bits. The Kobalt ones go for $10-15 after christmas

Should be easy to find a box. Look for an old metal 1/4" socket set box from any brand you like and make a foam (or wood or whatever) insert to fit in it. Some of them will fit in an Altoids tin.

Those are the new husky ones. Not as good as the old VIM husky like mine (bigger and I don't think the action is as nice). I think that thread I linked compares the VIM to the Gearwrench. The GW is like the new Hisky, and I think Kobalt is the same.
