C clamp ID needed.

I am stumped on this clamp and the makers ID. It is a very heavy duty clamp and is marked Pace Maker on one side. Any ideas on the maker?

Marty: nice looking clamp and haven't seen or bought one like that. post on the clamp 101 thread that is in general tools and maybe some of the guys over there might recognize it.
