I have 2 experiences painting a garage floor.
I always prep. degreaser & etch chemical & serious rinse.

I used the drylok latex floor paint, and it didn't last 2 weeks.

Next I used a nasty smelling Oil base urethane polymar. Rubberized paint coating..... he called it an industrial product. Didn't really have a name. But I prepped, and rolled it on. Nastiest smell for months !! But it's holding up well. The guy is out of business.

Is there something out there, that is one part, that I can roll on? Even if it has a nasty smell for a month ?

I'm not looking to grind, or 2 part epoxy. Just something that a serious DIY-er can do.
