STDP 63 #3 Philips no date code but I believe this style is early to mid 70's. This is nice used shape. Blade is in good condition and handle is in very nice. About 10 3/4 long overall. Printing is still visible on handle. $18 plus shipping. I'm sorry but I do not take paypal.

Thats ironic. I just was given a snap on catalog from 1983 at about 11:30 pm and was checking out the screwdrivers and noticed the three sided handle (which I have never noticed before) and here one is. Weird how things happen.

I didn't realize they were still sold into the 80's. I thought they were sort of a flash in the pan so to speak.

Yeah, I'm sort of wondering how that would fit in my hand.

It's strangely comfortable but I'm unaccustomed to a three sided handle so it would take some getting used to.

Just to jump in...

(History lesson for today)

The three sided versions were called Powergrip screwdrivers.

The "newer" and collectable four sided versions were called Powergrip Plus!!!
