Air Angle Die Grinder

Looking for a decent air angle die grinder mainly to clean off rust on brake rotors and drums using the 3M roloc disks. I'll probably use it every few months but not everyday. Any recommendations? Thanks

Hands down, harbor freight on this one.

I bought one almost a decade ago and used it daily for tire/rim work. After that gig I find that I get 3 years out of them and I use it 3 times a week.

I use an Ingersoll Rand 5102MAX and have nothing but praise for it.

CP or IR. The HF one I tried **** the gearbox after a few uses. IR has some decently priced die grinders for your usage level.

I think he's looking for an angled one though man. AFAIK the seller has sold out of all of those.

I don't even know what brand mine is, I'm wanting to think its Astro Pneumatic. It's been a dandy little critter. It been spinning 24-36 grit, along with red Roloc disks for at least 8 years on a daily basis now and has been an awesome device. My vote the cheaper the better if your not putting it in a bind.

I have a few of the HF angled and straight die grinders, never had an issue with any of them. For the money, they really can't be beat. I use mine for exactly what you want to do and they work great.

Yeah I know, I seen when you first started to post. My shop's in the same area too.
