Uh oh she's here, everybody act normal.

I would like to say that I am extremely pleased with the customer service AND the product from this company obviously especially the deal. You hardly get this kind of service with a made in the USA tool company anymore. So thank you!

Its not like I even really NEED these hammers. These are just quality Made in the USA tools at what I think is a very good deal that I will have for a very long time for whenever I need them. I haven't even used the others I ordered previously yet.

I'm trying to tell the maintenance dept here at work and everybody else I know who might be in the market for some hammers to go to Trusty Cook.

Thanks for the pictures; we always appreciate enthusiastic customers!

Also, you're very welcome. Feel free to PM or email me if there are more you would like to have. :)

Howdy and welcome to GJ! This is a pretty incredible level of participation from a tool company. The gangs all here.

Also I got a blem Model 12 yesterday and like the others it's hard to tell why it's even a blem. There are two hot casting bubbles on the top of the head but that looks like it.

It's huge and heavy and awesome!

please advise prices, pictures look very good, thanks

The initial post....

We are now offering blem hammers at 50% off list price. I mentioned this in another thread or two, but here are the particulars.

The quality of the blems is high. Our intent is to offer hammers that have the same function, feel, and durability of our branded hammers but have cosmetic or other minor issues that prevent a sale. I have attached some photos of blems, and the link below shows a couple other examples of blems. Sorry, the Swiss cheese blem doesn’t make the cut.

As for the photos, in some instances, it’s hard to determine the issue. The red-swirl sledge is only a blem because the color ran out.

Ball peens will not be available as blems, and smaller hammers and bossing mallets will be in short supply. Right now, we have zero Model #12 blems.

If you wish to make a purchase, please send a PM to me that includes your “ship to” information and your email. If you have my email, you can bypass the PM part and send an email directly to me. Please post any general questions in this thread. Others might have the same questions. The "Sorceress" and I will be processing orders.

I would like to mention that if anyone is interested in ordering any hammers, they can contact me right here on GJ. No need to go through Richard first, though you can if you like. :)

If we all go through you and keep you busy, wouldn't Richard get bored? :headscrat

Ok, I'm a little slow.

Where do I find a list of what blems are available? I have $ burning a hole in my pocket!

There isn't a list. PM the guy who started the thread to see if he has what you are looking for.

Then PM theSorceress in this thread to place the order.

Just a reminder, when you guys receive your hammers, do not leave the open box in kitchen . Caught my wife choosing her hammer of choice on the frozen shredded hash brown potatoes. She choose the cute Red Model S1 as her weapon. There was the Model 3 dead blow and the Bossing Mallet 2. Glad I didn't order the sledge.

You can also PM me directly for availability. I keep a list of currently available blems on my desk. Richard (hammersmadeinusa) also keeps an eye on counts too, though, so you're welcome to go through him as well.

There you go a whole new market place for your TC hammers. My wife would buy one for the kitchen and not think twice, but if I buy one for the garage oh no.

My mother use to have a metal tenderizing hammer for this... she use to pound the !@$%$%$# out of round stake to make it palatable for us.. Used it to break ice, and as outlined above....

I can see a flat-flat concept with the diamonds on one side and flat on the other... for the "cook" of the family.... Send a few to Rachel Ray, Wolfgang Puck... and TC would be on TV in no time flat....

But honey, I bought you this lovely new kitchen hammer... and I took the chance to combine shipping and buy a new #7... lol

The wives of the owners use these hammers to flatten meat.

that would definitely NOT be the reason why I hide my shiny new hammers from my wife. :lol_hitti

I think next payday ill be looking at a #7 or two. Its getting harder and harder to hide these things.
