I like it..
That man would never get his hands dirty anyway.
This way he can enjoy his motoring hobby his way.
Probably after a long day at some office.

I don't really care for it. I've seen a lot better garages on here although not IN the house like that.

"C'mon everyone...let's go out to the garage and sit and look at my Ferrari" :rolleyes2

Fantastic. It's a great garage for that car. It would be all wrong if the guy had a blown big-block '70 Nova. But it's a Ferrari! I'm sure he could afford a separate dirty garage with tools if he wanted it. But he doesn't, so hat's off to him.

The view reminds me of Ferris Bueller.

Reminds me of the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off !!!

Yes - "Ferris Bueller" and the TV show "Vegas". P.I. Dan Tanna (Robert Urich)used to park his T-Bird right next to his couch in his warehouse apartment. I always dreamed about having a setup like that.

I already bought the windows and plan to add them in the wall between my shop and the apartment for a good view of the toys, anytime. That's probably the closest I will come to this setup. Its probably safer too.

To each his own, but that is a living room not a garage. I would enjoy a car in my living room.

The Harley guys have been parking in the house for years :lol_hitti At least the ones I know do. I've seen many a Harley torn apart in the Dining room.

I would never want to park one of my cars in my living area, unless it was rarely used. I drive pretty hard, and I get done driving, its not unusual for my cars to smell quite a bit, mostly from really hot brakes, but other hot fluids as well. I don't think I'd want that inside.

...this is the Winning Garage in their contest (from the LA Times):

Personally, I would have taken some of the mega-bucks he put into that "garage" and upgraded the Ferrari a bit... An '84 512BB was plenty expensive, but pretty crappy as far as modern Ferrari's go. And not classic enough to be even close to collectible.

Built in the early Fiat era, it was unreliable, overweight, underpowered, and absurdly expensive to service. I'd be hiding it under a cover instead of building a room around it.
