Hey guys, picked up an american made forward lift. Its a DPO9AC

Looking to find a set of screw up pad adapters for it. The hole diameter is 1.25inch depther of arm at hole 1inch.

Any help is appreciated, forward parts guy at local dealer said they dont make one so im searching other brands now and hoping there is one. If not ill have to build something.

The forward lifts at work are newer and don't have threads at all just a ton of adaptors, the forward lift I have here at the house DOES use the style your talking about. If you bore the hole you can use the newer collar non threaded style.

I will get both measurements from my personal threaded style as well as non threaded style when I get to work in the morning. Might have an extra adaptor/collar laying around I can send if need be but I will get specs first, it's not much difference in diameter from my untrained eyeball guesstimation

Just got home, I measured 1 1/8 for the collars, gonna bring one home tomorrow and see if it fits my lift. Both forward lifts, but the one at work is way newer than mine. Will take pics for you

Hopefully it works out OK as I think we have an extra set of pads and collars laying around somewhere at work. Now if I can just get a new alignment rack at work then I'll finally have one at the house!!!!!

Seems to me that if the threads on the arm are removed then the newer style will fit perfectly.

New style up top doesn't use threads, bottom threaded is the old style that does use threads. Instead of threading them up and down for height they use the different size collars like the one up top.

With forward lifts parts it will not. With aftermarket/other manufacturers parts it's possible, or buy the style you want and fab up what you need to make them work. If you can contact bendpak and get the OD on the collar that's internally threaded that's the best place to start. Otherwise it's time to fab exactly what you need.

Not using forward lift parts as your current non threaded hole is larger than the threaded pads.
