Semi retired and in the middle of downsizing my house and upsizing the garage.
Moving to 2 1/2 acres in east San Diego County that has a detached 40'x50' garage with 2) Direct Lifts.
The small house needed a lot of work and have almost finished a complete remodel and still need to sell THE BIG house.
I often told my Wife that a 2 bedroom house and a 10 car garage would be perfect, so be careful what you wish for LOL.
