Snap on date code sheets right vs wrong

I've noticed that there is a common snap on tools date code sheet online that has several wrong symbols for dates on the sheet. I first noticed it when dating a socket and the one sheet did not have the symbol anywhere on it and when I found the symbol on another date code sheet showing the socket was from 1966 and when compared to the other date code sheet for 1966 the symbol was incorrect so I started to match each symbol to year on both sheets I noticed several wrong ones on that one sheet. The sheet that says "Snap On Corporation Kenosha Wisconsin" at the bottom is the correct one tho this sheet only dates up to 1999 as where the other one dates up to 2029. Most of the dates and symbols are correct on this other sheet but ive found 5 that are wrong, misshapen, and even backwards and thats just up to 1999 as the correct sheet only goes that far so for the past 16 years on the other sheet I can not be certain if they are all correct or not but givin the amont of wrong ones already on there I would venture to guess that there are more incorrect date codes on that sheet. Just something I noticed and wanted to share with everyone so im posting a picture of both sheets as well as a picture of the one sockets date code that made me catch these errors to begin with. For some reason its not allowing me to post all 3 pictures and Im not sure why??? Ok I guess im going to post the one of the date code sheet that is the one with the several mistakes on it and try at add the other 2 pictures showing the correct date code sheet and my socket so you are able to see what im saying. Hopefully it allows me to cause ive tried editing this post to fix it and it will still only allow 1 picture to upload even tho I have 3 pictures selected to upload but when its done uploading the pictures only the picture I put first on the ones to upload shows up? Strange cause its always worked before? Any ideas why its not letting me???

I use the first image you posted because it includes more dates, and it prints clearer. But you're correct, there are discrepancies. Most recently I noticed that the image for 1970 has a tail, but none of my tools with that date code have it. There have been others as well.

I found one of my sockets with 2 different date marks on it. Anyone else ever seen this?

Looks like '53 & '54 to me. IIRC they used to stamp tools when they sold (one year warranty then) and you'd sometimes see one stamping crossed out and re stamped. That would be older though, pre '40's from what I remember from years ago that was posted here.

Sometimes the stamping looks close to what's on the charts, but not exact.
