............... their parent company about us also stated something similar... only differences
one is an importer, the other is a tool manufacture (it seems),
one is actually a USA company the other is a Japanese company that have a division in the US.
Both have USA in the logo .... Neither claims made in the USA.
Neither one you would be able to tell the differences until the potential buyer visits their company page.
one is trademark in the USA the other is probably registered trademark some where else.

"....About US
Ridgerock Tools has the experience of manufacturing and importing tools for over 18 years.
Our Neiko and Neiko Pro line was developed to differentiate from the typical quality of tools coming from overseas. One of our strengths is the fact that we have developed different grade tools to suit different types of markets.
...."
The point: there is not much differences..... don't be a hypocritic
if some one reads the product
KoKenUSA or Neiko Tools USA without actually looking at anything else both of these logos would be misleading..... or not misleading. it dependents on the stage of mind... but definitely your belief system would have hypocritical issue if you think one is different from the other.... Unless you are tellling me that NeiKo have their tools stamped Made in the USA when it is not.
