I'm rather pleased with my most recent tool purchase. I don't know who made the box but it's in decent shape and the drawers slide well despite some back panel warping.

The box came with all the tools you see. There's a few MACs (one is stamped SABINA), a Cornwell and a bunch of Craftsman V series sockets, a Snap-On hammer head, Craftsman hammer, Wilde pliers, Dayton grinding wheels (NOS) and so forth.

Is that a small slide hammer for dents next to the hammer?

What are these pliers for? No brand, just marked MADE IN USA.

spend some time to clean those up.

I'm getting pretty good at cleaning up old tools. Even saved a DOA 12" Crescent wrench recently. What a pain that was.

Very nice purchase!!!

I love the wooden handle Proto or Plomb screwdriver!!

It's a Proto. I was pleased to see it in the box. At first I thought it was a Plomb too. It was probably made shortly after the name change.

Thanks. I don't have a garage so the box size suits me well for now. I've been looking for a fair priced one for a while.

Awesome find

How much?

Thanks. Lets just say the price was more than fair.

+1 on the older craftsman stuff being better. Very cool old box, lots of character.

Just as a side note, ChadS likes those snap on body hammers. If you are not going to use it, he may trade or buy.

I don't know what's worse, someone getting a you **** deal or not knowing cause the purchaser won't give up the price. No wonder you have deviler in your handle:bounce::bounce:
