I have several Klein pliers and I like fine. I love my linesman's and end cutters. When it comes to my diagonals though, hands down my Knipex outperform my Klein's. Personally, I would get the Knipex 74-21-200. They're rated at 64 HRC oppossed to the Klein's at 58 HRC. Plus, they're cheaper. The lowest I can find the Klein's is about $30 shipped where I can get the Knipex for $23 shipped.

The bits say Irwin if that helps...but usually the words "truck" and "ripped off" go hand in hand, unless you've got an awesome driver and good sales.

Got this home yesterday (bendpak hd9-xw in black) thanks to the forum , will be going next to my xpr-10a-lp in black. Going to have any yellow on both powder coated snap on green to match my box

After the infinite amount of posts on here about Knipex, I decided to drink the kool-aid.
I had $20 is Sears surprise points on a $30 purchase expiring. Went to Sears today to see what was on the shelf. The online price for these was $30.50, even though the store price was $23.00.
But with the coupon and a few cents in reward points it came out to $10.26 out the door.

I bought online because I thought the syw surprise points had to be used online. Checking the Sears website, it seems they can be used in store.

Here's a Nice little Buffer i got at a Junk Store it works only on High the other speeds are fussy i cleaned the contacts and the wire needs to be replaced and wound What do you think it will be worth after i strip the paint off primer it and repaint it i may paint it Red & Black even tho that's not the Original colors but it will look cool also what are those thick plates for some kind of rheostat And what kind of wire should i use for the other part check out the Pic's thanks Austin

Some of the deals are regional, some of the drivers are aholes. Tough to tell and calling the driver a liar won't help, no matter how hard you try.

Hopefully you have better luck than I do with those IR electric guns. Have two 1/2" ones at work that get sent in for warranty every 6ish months. Either the direction switch quits working, or the trigger itself.

Knipex Raptor Pliers, Proto USA made offset reversible ratcheting wrenches in 10, 12, and 14 (my most common used sizes), and a Wera ratcheting wrench in 10 mm.
Got tired of the asian sourced gearwrench ****! The Protos are buttery smooth, the Wera is ok, but not quite at the same level of smoothness.

This week was a little maintenance stuff for the old tool set. My SnapOn ratcheting screwdriver set is over 20 years old and my bits were pretty beat up and some had gone missing over the decades. So, clean up the plastic box and throw away all of the janky old bits and replace with all new Wira bits. Also a set of Wilde Made is USA screw extractors. They replace an old twisted up set of Irwin extractors I've had about 30 years.
Does your smaller one lock as well? I've looked online for the smaller one and I haven't found one that is locking! My Matco dealer had the one I have and the shorter locking one, I opted for the big one and wanted to hug the short one online! But I can't find a locking one!
