how do you buy a house with out looking into the garage?
It would be like buying a car and not hearing it run.
Could be a detached garage? I recently sold my house and kept my shed locked up for all viewings. The buyer never saw inside it until he took possession.

Also check his location. Maybe they don't let you actually see houses over there? I doubt it, but I have never purchased a house there so I can't say otherwise.

But good luck to you. Maybe the old resident will have left you some tools as presents.

Seriously. Could be an indoor burial site. :scared: :D

Don't worry haven't bought it just renting. When we viewed the agent didn't have a key for the garage as it was not rented to the last tennents.

On a side note you can get some pretty big garages around here often the entire basement so a 4 or 5 car garage isn't that uncommon even seen one house with a 10 car garage. The wife is happy with the rest of the house so hopefully I will be lucky with the garage. I don't have a project to put in it yet either just some jobs on the daily drivers. And with our first baby due the end of June it might be a while but it's a start.

Well I have my garage its not as deep as I would like but its a decent width for working on a car I have not got very far with it yet as I had to return to Scotland because my gran passed away. But I am slowly working out a plan of action in my head there is a lot of shelving that needs taking down. I need to improve the lighting and I plan on buying a workbench and compressor for it but no major plans after that.
