They look like good drill bits.
In the last picture you posted, can you make out what it says just above "HS" "USA".
I almost looks like it might say 6 degrees, like the clearance angle that it's sharpened to or something. I've never seen that before on a drill bit. (Or it might be something else all entirely. I can't quite make out what it says.)

Yep, that is the only possible clue, either way, they are a great set a bits! Box is indeed Huot, looks just like my Norseman set.
