Where and when did you purchase that?
My old employer bought it directly from sandvik for use on their hydraulic tool holders for our cnc department. We had a couple of heavy handed cnc operators working under me, one managed to pop the ratcheting mechanism out of the head, my boss having deeper pockets than brain cavity, told me to toss it and he called sandvik and ordered a replacement. I spent 2 minutes reassembling the ratchet and put it in my toolbox.

Our heavy handed operators broke 2 more. Glad I kept that one in my box for when I needed it.

This little Crescent brand rat (made by Wright) is pretty small. More so in head diameter than length. Head is 13/16ths . For comparison an sk is 1". Unfortunately it needs a rebuild kit and Wright wouldn't sell me one and Grainger didn't have any so it sits dormant.
Call Royal supply and get a kit. Grainger ??? Please. The thieves of the industrial world.
People here buy Wright from Epstein ? Maybe he can get a kit too ?

The tiniest I've ever seen was when my dentist was installing a tooth implant to replace #31 (right rear molar in the mandible). The implant uses an "abutment" screw that is screwed into the jawbone. For that, he used a ratcheting torque wrench that was the smallest I've ever seen.

Here's one on Amazon:

I would bet most expensive as well.

Not that small, but it's my 1/4" drive torque wrench.

That looks like a variation on my Italian-made Effetto Mariposa (butterfly effect) Giustaforza Professional 1/4" hex drive torque wrench. Mainly used on bicycles, this also comes out when really small torque values and tight spaces are important. 2-16 N·m (17-141 in·lb).

Mine is an older one, before they added a reversible ratcheting head.
