^^^Thanks, hopefully, they're brighter than standard florescent lights

Don't know if they are measurably brighter but they are more directed. I've been slowly changing out ceiling lights with LED and it seems brighter because all light is direct and not reflected. That can have downsides too though.

I put 4 of these in my 20' x 14' 1950's garage shop that has 7'8" clearance to the roof trusses. I will say the light is incredibly bright, so much so that it kind of bothers my eyes being that the lights are not far above my head.

I mounted 2 to the bottom of the roof trusses and 2 sitting right on top of the 2x4 (actual 2"x4") trusses giving me some more clearance. I still find the glare in my eyes a bit annoying. I think I might add a diffuser to the lights. I hope I can find one that will snap on, might try the Glad press and seal kitchen stuff first to see how it looks.

Received two of mine today, completely blown away by the brightness, restored life to the basement. Very much impressed and satisfied with this purchase, can't believe I was "Not" going to purchase this. Thanks to the OP for bringing this deal up. I wish I could purchased more to swap out every ballast in the basement.

Since these are LED and brighter, would you guys recommend them for a 16' ceiling?

Well, I have them suspended from a 8 foot basement ceiling and they're way too bright. I don't think for a 16' ceiling it should be a problem. I just installed the first one today, I have to figure where to put the second one. In return, I have three ballasts which are salvageable, ha.

I hung 4 in a 22'X24' garage with a 11"6" ceiling and they are very bright (not too bright) ...good light to work by so on a 16' ceiling they should be good.

I could definitely buy several more :)

Any idea if Costco sells something similar to this?

Costco sells a Honeywell fixture that is almost identical. They're ~$36, though. I wish I had seen this before I bought 12 of them.

Could have been a promotional offer as well. I should have purchased more than two. There's quite a substantial difference. Thanks to the OP for the bringing this deal to focus.
