JH Williams the industrial division on Snap-on. The wrench set is made in the USA.

I have couple other wrenches made by JH Williams and they are high quality. One set I have is very similar to Snap-on's OEX wrench series.

I agree some are, some of the newer stuff isn't. The USA is top notch

I like the Williams tools I have, really good quality. Like Snap-on, only without the glitzy chrome.
