Ever Seen A Wrench Like This One

Hey Guys
I need help identifying the use for this adjustable wrench.
It has independent adjustable jaws and it ratchets.
It has a patent date of May 21 07 and it had a locking mecanism in the handle

Someone seems to have altered the lever in the center that changes the direction it rotates. I have 2 of these and have never seen one like that.

No. Western Auto did use "Wizard" as a tool line, but the tool above has nothing to do with WA...

No, the jaws work together - not independantly.

What wrong with that wrench is the rod sticking out of the handle. Neither that or the spring belong there.
