40x50 shop addition in VA

Well after a very long hold up from the county and then 5 weeks of rain (if you live in central VA then you know what I'm talking about) the crew is here. Just figured I would start a thread on the construction for reference to others. I know other build threads on here have been extremely helpful. The build is 40' deep 50' long with a 13' ceiling that will be white metal. 3 10x10 role up insulated doors, one 3.0 walk in, and 3 windows. This is a pole barn construction with 2x4 perlins skinned in metal. 5" slab poured on grade with existing garage so I can make a walk though with between the two buildings. All the led lights have been here for months now just waiting!

I'm in Chesterfield. Looks like tomorrow will be ok, weekend will be a washout, and most of next week will be nice weather.

How far did the truss truck drive like that? I would be surprised if that rear overhang is legal.

I'm not exactly sure how far he traveled like that. When he pull in I was surprised as well

Well, after another washout of a weekend, the guys are back on site and cleaning out the footers....... Hopefully come home to some concrete in them and FINALLY get this thing moving along.
