I know I saw it somewhere, but can't find it. I'm looking for posts about how to reproduce a Craftsman crown logo or badge as a sticker or decal. Help if you can. Thanks.

Thanks torqueman. I appreciate it. I looked through pup's thread, but did not find the exact thing I had read before. I'm going to try to send your pictures to my sister who's helping me with the sticker. I am terrible on the computer.

Would you believe that I found this site while looking for info on replacement or repainting these same badges! Got kinda distracted. My Avatar is the original badge.

Right On egnorant. That's cool. It is easy to get distracted here for sure. Not good for a person like me with a slight case of ADD (attention deficit disorder). Now I have GJD! Did you ever make a badge?

Haven't done the badge yet, but it is on my list. Currently this box is being used to hold tools. I bought it because it was cool and my tools were a bit...disorganized.

I clicked here just in case someone popped up with info that would forward this project, but I have plenty of higher priority projects to fill the time.

But the badge was the Genesis! Needed a space to restore it so I had to clean out the shop and of course electricity for lights and compressor...might as well wire for lift and welder and outside lights and a hookup for the camper.

I have plenty of "cool" projects that are stalled until something shows up. Brother brought me a 4 for my shop clock this week.

For now the clock works, the tool box is safe from rust and damage while being a tool box. I call it project creep and it is a slow processing of stuff.

I clicked on this link just in case someone found that easy cheap fix to the restoration of badges.

Right on Bruce. Sounds like you have plenty of projects. I do too. I'll be sure to post pictures along the way as I figure this crown logo out.

Here is what I ended up with. I sent my sister some measurements and pictures, and she had 3 stickers made. I just painted the metal crown black, stuck the sticker on, drilled some holes, and done! I think it looks pretty good.

Here is the older work light I put it on. The badge looks big due to the camera angle. It is very close to the original badges on power tool boxes, etc.
