Been away from the garage for a little bit. Raising a kid is challenging but oh so rewarding. I got to start building the workbench this past weekend. Just need to put in some 3/4" plywood for the shelves and 1/2" to cap off the ends!

Looks very nice and congratulations on the little one. There is nothing better in life then your children.

Got the shelves done on the work bench. Debating whether to paint it the same color as the wall or leave it as it is. Floor is up next!

nice job. I dig the paint scheme I was going to do something very similar

Doing the stripe was a lot easier than I had imagined. A tip I used from here is to paint over the edge of the tape with your base color, then paint the stripe. No bleed through!

Is that a granite kitchen countertop? How well's it holding up as a worktop? Are you able to mount a vice/grinder/etc. to it?

Place looks great! Love the color scheme...also very jealous of how much space you have for a single (mine's only 12x20x7).

Sorry I am late to the party but LOVE the way you tackled the project head on and made it how you want it right away. Often times people put it off and then it makes it a million times harder to empty the space and fix it up. I also put up pics of the nursery when I was a few pages into my thread... Congrats on that little red car I bet it scoots!
