Finally got my whole welder setup all done!
Inventory;

Klutch 220si Mig/TIG/Stick welder w/spoolgun
80CF 75/25 argon mix
40CF argon
Lotos LTP5000D plasma cutter
Klutch welding cart

Still waiting on a matching set of flowmeters for the bottles, along with a 3 way ball valve. That way it will be completely tool-less to switch gases for aluminum welding.

Just got the welder and the second bottle in today (both private owned tanks). I have to say this welder is top notch. I havent seen many reviews on the Klutch welders, so i may do an in-depth one.

And as required.... Pictures!!! I want to note in the last picture, i mounted the air fitting for the plasma cutter on a stiff part of the cart. It allows a much more "solid" surface to push and pull off of when connecting and disconnecting air, as opposed to the flimsy regulator mount.

Will be getting replacement drawer slides tomorrow and cleaning it up

Took me way too long to find the last '5' in 'KR 655' ...was a very light stamp for some reason

its the new low profile one got mine last week i think im one of the few in aus to get one dealer told me they arent meant to go on sale for a wile and he gave it to me to test out il get some pics tomorow if you want

Bought a used pillar drill (drill press) today, Elliott Progress No1, 5 speed, 3 phase motor, good condition, minor arc of shame for £150 or about $215.

Interesting. I have a Victoria Progress drill press. It's a little beefier. I've never seen another and I imagine it's exceptionally rare on this side of the pond. It says "British Klokner Switchgear Company" on the back.

Yours is a much bigger piece of kit but I probably couldn't get one like that in my garage, I think Progress were the original maker and other companies sold their products but as usual with anything British there were a lot of mergers and buy outs over the years. I know you can't buy anything modern as nicely made as this for £150.
I was after a Fobco 7/8 but came to the conclusion that it's could take years to find one near me.
The American ones are pretty rare over here as well.

You'll like that. I used mine golfing the other day. Put an xc4.0 battery on it and threw it in the golf cart. For the entire round with a rain delay the indicator showed 3 bars left.

I have had the big bother for doing f450 and it works well the smaller one works good I have used it about 5 times now really happy with it

Perfect! When ever I'm in the garage I play music on my phone but it's never loud enough. And I'm always washing one of the trucks atleast once a week so I can blast that now! For $118 total in pretty happy!

I think that's my most used Milwaukee tool. It's always on the whole time I'm out in the garage. It's a pretty good cell phone charger too.

Being in collision repair it is pretty rare that I have to do brakes. It does happen though. Twice in the past two years, I have had to do it though. Both times I needed one of those disc spinny tools. I borrowed a kit from a buddy.
Well the other day Woot! had the A.P. 7860 kit on sale for twenty bucks.
I jumped on it. No more borrowing is always a good thing.

Actually as of this moment 6/2/16 8:30 eastern, Woot! still has this kit for twenty bucks.
