Do you guys know if anybody makes double box (non ratcheting) flex wrenches? I would even settle for combination flex wrench (non ratcheting), but prefer the double box, thanks!

E-Z Red was the first place I thought of. I can't believe the Mitoloy was ever even made. I guess there's a reason it was discontinued.
By the way, I recently emailed E-Z Red about warranty. I emailed a valid part number. She said, "we don't make these anymore, contact the distributor"
I contacted one of the distributors and they said contact the manufacturer.

The only thing that I have seen that may be even close to what your looking for in a flex non ratcheting box wrench is by GearWrench.
They offer this in a double ended line wrench.
Check page 62 of the current Craftsman Power and Hand Tool catalog 2008-2009.
It is the only flex line wrenches I have ever seen and is a new item for them.
Catalog part #'s are:
009-44494 $159.98 11 pc set Standard and Metric
009-44492 $ 79.99 5 pc set Standard
009-44493 $ 89.99 6 pc metric set
I know you really don't want flex ratcheting box wrenches but that may be all that is available.
If you happen to look in the Craftsman catalog there are S-K box flex ratcheting wrenches on page 64 available in extra long and stubby sizes.
I am sure there are others that offer the flex box ratchet wrenches but I know Snappy doesn't.
The only other option that may be even half way close to what you want are flex combination wrenches.
They have a flex twelve point socket on one end and a open end on the other.
They are available from Snappy see page 187 in the current #1000 catalog and Matco page 98 2007-2008 catalog and other as well.
I know Snap On used to offer these with the socket on both ends as well but they have been discontinued for years.

If your budget doesn't allow for truck prices, Harbour Freight has them.

Hey bart, thanks for all the info but I don't like those wrenches with a 12pt socket at the end, and I don't need line wrenches. If I can't find some wrenches like those made by Mitoloy I may just get the ez-red. Oh and superautobacs, money isn't an issue as I have a sugar momma that buys me whatever I want haha!

So find a good machine shop and have them make you some, and have them sent off to be heat treated and plated!

That's a bit extreme haha! Besides wouldn't a wrench machined from billet steel, no matter the alloy and heat treat be weaker than a high quality forged wrench?

You guys are really good at finding obscure weird tools from other countries.
Silversix , I guess I am a little puzzled by your not being able to find a suitable tool for your applications.
I mean it is not like your the only one trying to work on a Subaru.
What do the guys at the Subaru dealer use ?
You know what I mean, with all those guys spinning wrenches daily on them, there has to be readily available tools that will get the job done.
I am sure there is a forum for Subaru online , and there has to be someone on there that wrenches on them that can help.
We all have made our own specialty tools from time to time for a certain application.
If this is the case, could you just heat and bend a wrench to fit your situation ?
I know it wont be a flex but if you just have some obstruction to get around it may be easier.
Would a deep offset box wrench work ?
Maybe Subaru has a specialty tool that will meet your needs ?
By the way some of the ratcheting boxes are thinner than others so that may be of some help.
