Can anyone recommend where they supply from?
Recently ordered some Chrome Needle Nose and love them. Should help with rust hopefully.
But the shipping took 3 weeks, with no warning or precaution.

I have bought all my Knipex from Amazon. I have looked at them in the store at Menards and Sears but find slightly better pricing on Amazon. I know ChadsToolBox has good prices but shipping can be slow from there. I've heard KC Tool is more responsive.

I ordered from ChadsToolBox last time for a cir-clip set (001957). I swear the more you spend with them the slower they process your order. My order sat for a week before I called to *****, then they shipped the next day. Great pricing if you don't mind waiting.

yeah the one time i ordered from ChadsToolBox (for NWS pliers) i placed the order on Sunday night. I called a couple times during the week and they said they would ship it on Friday. They hold small orders up all week to make sure their big customers get available stock, and then filled mine at the end. makes sense now but at the time was frustrating.

The spring hose clamp pliers,I use mine a lot for this.I like the tip part of it,they swivel.I have the mini bolt cutters as well,I use them for removal of junk brake lines.Spray the joint out good with brake clean after doing this.I have a few of the rebranded Matco pliers made by Knipex as well and no problems with them yet

Their Linesman pliers are excellent, I prefer them over Klein.
I also really dig the high leverage side cutters. The jaws don't open as far as others but they're very comfortable and effortless to cut cable.
I have a few sets of pliers wrenches and Cobras too.

The mini bolt cutters good for cutting the hard wire which a pair of diagonal pliers can't cut.Like I mentioned,cutting junk brake lines.I did break my angle version of the mini bolt cutters once so far.My Matco dealer warrantied them without a problem,the cutting edge chipped away.

What'd you break them on? Do you think they wore down over time eventually leading to failure, or do you think the damage was all at once?

I was cutting the locking tab off a spring type hose clamp and it just happened.

Hmm, what a shame, not even especially hard steel. I use mine to cut #6 stainless machine screws mostly. At least it was warrantied for you, sounds like it should have been.
