What up with this wrench?

Found It with some stuff. Not sure if it is a promotional item.

Says j h Williams & co nothing else looks to be unused.

I can't find the calipers right now but it appears to be 7/32 on both ends

Odds are it is an error wrench.
Should have had the sizes stamped on the other side but they missed it

Part of a tool kit to some machine? I've used them and they didn't have any size marked. Same size on each end makes it easier to have the right size.
