He could even buy this Eklind 11mm key from Zoro and cut it to any length desired. And it is a whopping $ 1.81. It works much easier than trying to get a free replacement. Sorry I did not realise that you could swap bits with FAM11E Are they held in by a grub screw, as I don't see anything on the snap-on drawing.
