So I pulled the trigger and I'm building a my dream garage. It is L shaped and will be 1656 sq ft. I had to cut down most of the trees in the back yard, but in the end it will be worth it. Front side will be 20ft across on one side and 25 ft on the other. Both will be 24ft deep. 12 1/2 ft ceilings and 2 16x9 doors.

Welcome, looks like your well underway now. A garage is better than trees anyhow. keep the pics coming.
The L shape is nice that a single smaller parking pad can be used for both sides.

Nice! We have very similar builds. At least in additional excavation and concrete costs! Lol. Great job. I pour Monday. Are you putting conduit under slab?

I'm not sure who or what you're hosting for your pictures but it seem the older pics are failing to show up now. I'd suggest maybe using somthing else but not IMGUR, they won't here because we have a classified section, maybe try PB or attaching them here directly.

This is very similar to what I built. Mine is 1,656 sq. ft, 10' walls, 18' x 8' door, 12' x 8' on the front and a 8' x 7' door out the back. You'll love that back corner section for a work shop.

Love L-shaped garages so much. They pack a huge amount of square footage inside without looking like some giant warehouse with no character. If not for my property lines that make it essentially impossible, this is exactly what I would build. I will live vicariously through your project, crash. Maybe if I just scaled it down a bit, I could cram it one on my lot...
