Hi all,
New member from Vancouver Canada! Love the stuff you guys do on here. Finally got a MaxJax lift for my short-height garage. I used the wej-it anchors and did everything to spec as per the manual. I have used the lift successfully with two different vehicles: 2015 Mazda 3 (2931 lbs) and a 2011 Subaru Forester (3250 lbs). Both were lifted effortlessly and level. There was no deviation of the pillars - stayed level.
My concern is about the anchor bolts. All of them are torqued to 100 lbs using a torque wrench. My install is more of a permanent install so the pillars have not been moved. Before lifting the second car there was one bolt that was looser than the others. I have checked all the anchor bolts now and everything has been torqued up to 100 lbs but should I be concerned? My concrete is 5"+ thick. Only went to 5" because that is what the manual said.
Thanks in advance!!
