Though it might be interesting to post up pics of unique tools to avoid marring delicate surfaces.

Saw this earlier today, anyone experience care to chime in on the use of these tools (or with with similar or other interesting pics/tips/tricks)?

This one was listed up as Boeing surplus, looks like aerospace application.

Looks like it was meant to work inside a turbine where a scratch can cause trouble. Interesting!

I have some Bluepoint delrin sockets. Used for not marring fasteners on my resto work, but low torque applications only.

That's why I use HF composite ratchets on the show cars when I have Snapon, Mac and Proto in the tool box. Some situations even a simple dropped wrench will cause a problem.

For harleys and show cars I'm guessing with the inserts/?

For me yes. Lots of exposed fasteners on the cycles and have also used them on show cars, I.e: the valve cover acorn nuts & throttle body fasteners on BMW S38...
