I have a snap on F735 3/8 ratchet the handle is getting worn . is it possible to get replacement handles ?

I'm pretty sure they sell replacement handles. Email snap on and ask. I know there are threads by other members showing how to remove/replace them as well as taking handles from different tools/models and customizing them to fit.

The F735 was discontinued long ago and the handle was secured to the ratchet head by a pin and those are not field replaceable.
If you have a good relationship with your Snap-On rep, you might be able to get it warrantied out.
If you send me a nice 110, I'll gladly replace your ratchet under warranty.
OK, maybe a 110 was asking too much, how about a nice 5.0 Litre RV8 instead? Maybe even just the crankshaft?

the part I am looking for is the hard plastic handle . I hate to think of looking for a 110 in the usa been looking for a defender here for 6 months no luck yet

There are part numbers for the replacement handles of the current ratchets in that thread, not 100% sure if they'll fit your ratchet.

You probably want black, but I can't find the black part number.

The hard plastic handles are easily enough available, but pretty damned dear.
As for 110s, I have one in my shop being rebuilt, was sent to me from Bahrain. Your sig says Norfolk, I assumed you were there.
I have an associate with 20-30 Tithonus 90s and Volvo built Gelandewagens for sale, but IIRC, they all have N/A diesels.

we need pictures of the 110 rebuild . I am in Norfolk England but still having problems finding one plenty of overpriced rubbish about . Tithonus iirc are a military rebuild .

When I wanted a black plastic handle on my ratchet instead of one of those new soft grip ones the local snap on van man supplied and fitted one for free, no problem. The one he fitted doesn't have any tool part number on it just says 'snap on'. Maybe ask your local area franchisee before ordering and paying for one online?

They are generic handles, you will never get the PN on them.
