I have an identical mower! Branded as a "Rugg" tag line is "carpet cut" neat little machine with a 6HP B&S, mine is missing the deck and the seat.

the tool with the chain rapped around it, in the cardboard box, Can I get another pic by itself?

Love the barn trolley!!!! The item with the chain is a chain drill, has a square tang for use in a brace. Chain raps around item being drilled, reverse threads on tool pull it into the work as the brace is rotated.
