1. Tekton 15 piece open angle wrenches (Metric)
2. CH ruler (2nd one as my friend stole the 1st... with permission)
3. USA Fowler ruler (USA)
4. 2 x small rulers as an add on
5. Astro Pneumatic swivel lug nut sockets
6. Knipex end cutter for $6 off ebay (got to love spelling errors)
7. Channel lock X2 pliers... straight and curved
8. Blackhawk (usa) long reach (less than $10 on AWD)
9. Tekton pin punch set (also AWD)
10. 5/16 to 3/4 annular cutters (also AWD)
11. Merry pliers (paid full price for those)

Hello 48548,

I am also looking into the Bondus due to price mainly and was wondering how they compare to the PB Swiss if you have any experience.

I don't have any pb Swiss to compare, but price wise I got all of the above for less than one pbswiss. I would like to try pb swiss though....

Grabbed some stuff during a Zoro sale.

-Knipex Combination Shears for cutting stuff..

-Proto 3/8 Universal Joint, just in case I need it...

-Proto Locking Pliers, which are the same as the ones from Grip-On

-Wiha Magic Hex keys to replace a terrible set from an old tool kit

-Wiha dead blow for all the times my wheels are stuck and who knows what else

I have some PB Swiss and feel super, however I have not stretch them to their limits yet. Also, as you said these are expensive and that is why I am thinking to buy some Bondus.

Thanks

Id say there is no comparison. The PB are in another league. But only if you rely on them. For occasional use or for comprehensive coverage the price tag is very high. If you have a blanque check I would buy once/cry once tho w/ PB.

Otherwise, I would say diversity is good and makes the budget work. Bondhus also consider the silver not the gold. The gold is like a matte finish and is kind of irritating to use, there is some sticktion or something. It feels nice like a matte chrome, but I much prefer the PB, or the chrome, probably even black finish over the gold. The gold is good for rust/corrosion they say tho.

Was a gift from my Snap On Dealer!! Part number on the box is KALEDB24G

They are awesome, I have a red one for awhile... Wanted green!!

I've been keeping an eye out for a good deal on the polisher to finish off my 14.4v collection. I didn't post my latest snag, but I'm $340 into all of this plus a charger and a handful of Snap On pliers and screwdrivers. Did well on these.

That is a sweet deal, they are almost 300 bucks each...

Paid $16.30 from Amazon. Made in Taiwan, seems to be built good.

This Snap-on stuff came today all bought off ebay. All of it is new besides the battery terminal puller. I knew the adjustable wrenches were made in Spain but I was surprised to see the two smaller ones are made in Sweden.

Needed a more powerful impact. I tried the kobalt one and didn't like it so I returned it and got this one. It works pretty good.
