Sadly, it isn't the most reliable. I set of a few things before, and have discovered it will only track that single item. So if they change title name, or a different seller sells it cheaper, they won't inform you.

Add it to your cart on amazon, and check the cart every now and then. It lets me know the price changes everytime you go to it.
