How is Stanley's warrenty?

I bought a fat max tool box last year (no longer have receipt) and I broke the handle today has anyone had any experience with a broken tool box? Did they replace it?

Im not sure about the tool chests, but I can say they treated me well when I called about a few broken sockets over the years. No questions asked, sent me new ones.

Called today the lady was super nice on the phone they sent a shipping label via email im going to send it back today or tomorrow

She said 30 day or so turn around time so I think I'm going to buy the hf 5 drawer in the meantime since I have been using the Stanley as a tool cart anyway

That Stanley 4 drawer fatmax toolbox ***** if anyone was wondering it's cheap plastic, you cannot remove the top tool box, open it takes up a tremendous amount of space relative to what it holds, and your wife's suitcase probably has heavier duty handles and hardware

Got a brand new box in the mail yesterday it looks and feels updated from the one I sent in a little sturdier for sure
