Why'd you resurrect a 3 year old thread as your first post? Shameless plug? :dunno:

I've bought a lot from ZoroTools recently since they keep throwing coupons at me.

New Members often lack a DateMaster Certification:

Zoro Tools,, Cripe,, = two good sites...... I just downloaded the pdf catalog from the Enderes website.. Trusty Cook for deadblows....
ProTo Industrial is my favorite. I would not care to choose only one website.

I'm not a Certified WebsiteChooserMaster, so I browse them all. :beer

I have to admit I'm a little surprised Zoro hasn't gotten more love than they have. They have a good selection and are typically the cheapest on the items they carry. Lightning fast shipping as well.

They probably have the best Blackhawk selection on the internet.

I usually stick to Tooltopia or Amazon.

But there's been some great suggestions here, Zoro is a good one.

Old thread here but still very relevant. I'm in for Amazon, tooltopia, Zoro with promo codes, HD's site has good prices on the better stuff that you don't find in stores, and it's kind of specialized, but I love Tech Tool Supply.

when looking, i visit tooltopia.com, amazon.com, and ebay.com. i often also google what i am looking for. on rare occasions, usually on some esoteric thing, i will find it cheaper somewhere else, but usually the best price is one of those three.

i order from cripedistributing.com regularly too. often i will find something i am interested in on their ebay store, and then i will just shop the store for other stuff that catches my eye. i buy directly through their web site, rather than on ebay. i assume it is cheaper for them, and they give me a discount and great pricing on shipping. if they have it on ebay, and not on the store, i note what i want, and email them. Bree, the person who always seems to answer my email, gets it all added to a cart, and they price out the shipping. it is not instantaneous, but on the whole it does not seem to take them any longer than anyone else i deal with on ebay.

amazon wins on quick free shipping, and offering the option of third party sales. often if i see a third party there i will check their web site too. usually i just order through amazon, because it is just easier (i already have an account, they will help me deal with issues, etc).

tooltopia is great, and they have great pricing on some things, but i admit that the 75$ free shipping floor is harder for me to fill than i thought it would be. i seem to get stuck around 50$ for a long time, and then it goes up to 200$. their daily deals can be good, but, again, shipping . . . . .

i have tried using zoro, but when i find things i want, there are no discount coupons. their pricing is about on par with tooltopia.com, and the coupons would make it a great deal, but they are not available at that point.

it makes it seem like too much work.

There is no one good store, you need to check all of them. IMO, no one dealer is consistently the cheapest.

Zoro accounts for most of my large tool and equipment purchases with low shipping minimums and great customer support. Some of their merchandise is only competitive with coupon discounts but there are certain brands like Stanley-Proto that you will not find cheaper elsewhere especially when combined with a discount. I have made 1-2 orders with Toolbarn and Toolup each, nothing to complain about. I would love to support Harry J. Epstein Co. despite their prices being a tad higher than most but the shipping estimates always make me empty my cart.

I have purchased or shopped at some of the same places the others have already mentioned also. Since APEX has had such a difficult time with flooding and changing locations there has been quite a shake up in availability of many products. However, I have shopped and/or purchased from some of the following places also.

http://aisind.com/

http://www.summersindustrial.com/

http://www.cripedistributing.com/

https://weldwarehouse.com/cgi-bin/browsecatalogs.pl?

https://www.ibsupply.com/

http://www.galesburgelectric.com/

http://www.toolup.com/

Just to name a few but I have several more places.
