Email the manufacturer and get it from the horse's mouth. I'm curious as well but only bought the 2 and 4" straight blades for my use.

I don't know, but I have all 3 ! Years ago, the local hardware store had them on sale ofr like $2. I bought a bunch. One of my favorites is the 2" STIFF one. Almost like a chisel.

The 02400 makes more sense as a scraper since it's stiff, but the 02350 is flexible. Seems to me if the putty knife is going to be flexible, it would be considered a putty knife and not a scraper.
