Gearwrench makes those with their "double X" long reach joint..

I bought a set of Sunex that have a slip joint.. I'll see if I can find them on Amazon and I'll post a link.. I honestly have not used them, but they seem pretty decent.

I picked these two.. Seemed pretty versatile with the slip joint and pipe grip in the inner jaw.

Not for fifteen bucks.

Don't know about these but their red/black handle "pro" pliers models, are as good as any I have ever used.

I think Snap Ons are also imports IIRC. The harbor freight's aren't great (stiff joints with lots of resistance and burrs around it), but the tips have held up for me and haven't broken. Very functional, but far from the best pliers I've ever used. Bought them because I needed a set quick and haven't replaced them yet.

IMO the HF pliers have way too much flex in the handles. The Gearwrench/Crescent double X pliers are solid and definitely don't bend or flex.

What are the part numbers for the Snap On? I don't want to seem like a Snappy snob, but frankly if I buy from them it's one and done and that's primarily what I'm looking it. It's not worth $20 savings to buy from some 3rd party type of thing. I've bought from Bowers before and thanks for the Teckton links from HD.

Bought a set of these pliers in desperation one Sunday from Horrible Freight. I have abused them and surprisingly never had any problems with them. They are a couple of years old now.

Does Snap On make similar?

I've had enough problems with HF stuff over time I'm hesitant to buy their brand.
To just answer the original question. Snap On does NOT make this type of plier. They do have them in the Blue Point line.

The Sunex or Tekton ones KCTyphoon mentioned are probably very nice for just a little more than the HF versions. I have the MAC set and they are not machined anywhere near as nicely as any of my Snap On pliers.

I have that set & haven't had any problems with them. They aren't the best so something like gearwrench or tekton might be worth the money.
My theory on harbor freight tools is not to buy anything with a lot of moving parts or that you need to be precise or heavy duty. Think about what will happen if this cheap thing fails. Ball joint separator & coil spring compressor come to mind.

What are the Blue Point part numbers? Didn't find them in my catalog.

Thanks all for the good ideas and quick responses. The Blue Point ones are made in China now, unless they have some old U.S. stock floating around. I saw in another thread from yesterday that Matco also sells them, and they want something like $62 a piece for them. The whole Blue Point set costs $59. I'll look at the other brands mentioned here before making a purchase. I usually end up replacing HF hand tools so its more like money wasted than saved.

Snap on used to make them in a pistol grip , they have a spring in the pivot. They look like this

Sunex had a set of extra long hose grip pliers, but I think they discontinued them. They're 16" long and work fantastic, though the handles do flex a little. That's to be expected due to their length.

Can't seem to find them online anymore though. Glad I bought a set when I did, I use the 3/4" all the time. I'll see if the pouch has a part number when I go to work tomorrow.

Just checked, the tool pouch says 3705, 16" Hose Plier set. Unfortunately that part number doesn't show up available anywhere on Google, so I think it's been discontinued. Shame, since these are great tools.
