I recently purchased a Nussbaum 2 Post automotive lift listed on the Cincinnati Craig's List. It was listed as a 7000# unit, but looks much beefier.

It is virtually new. No signs of wear on the cables nor on the cylinders. The only paint damage was from washers on the base of the masts.

Unfortunately no manuals came with the lift. :dunno: Nor can I locate a model #. Does anyone have or know of a source for the manuals and a way to ID the model?

Thanks in advance.

Stan

Here's a pic of a Nussbaum STL-7000:

Hopefully that's it and it helps you with IDing the model number. In any case I would try and contact Nussbaum customer support. That's probably your best bet.

That sure looks like it. Where is the power pack located? About eye level?

Sorry, I wouldn't know. That was the only 7000 lb model of 2 post Nussbaum lift that showed up so I just googled an image of one just to hopefully help you nail down the model number.

Well "something" did come up. I just received a pdf of the Nussbaum lift and I've attached it for everyone's use.

Well it seems it is too large. So if anyone needs a copy just PM or e-mail me.

How do you like it so far...they seem like a really good lift, designed in germany and made in the usa these days?
