Couple of things that could be wrong with this ad.... My first impression is that it looks an awful lot like a harbor freight box ($159 new i think) that someone painted, so either someone is trying to pull one over with this or Blue point really has gone down hill with their design team. Lol, I thought this was interesting/funny enough to share

Yeah I have that cart, it's a harbor freight down to the location and number of fasteners holding it together.

I don't know. Dimensions given much more closely match HFs red 30" 5 drawer cart than it does their black 26" 4 drawer cart.

Looks a bit like the Sunex 4 drawer cart. Don't suppose they might be the oem for the Blue Point?

it smells like BS.

Can I try?

Well, that's definitely not a Blue Point. It doesn't even remotely match their construction. And, if that's a repaint than that scammer is in the wrong business because that looks like a decent paint job.

I found this:

The construction style exactly matches this cart that Grizzly sells:

http://www.grizzly.com/products/Rolling-Tool-Cart-w-4-Drawer-Tool-Chest/H7728?utm_campaign=zPage&utm_source=grizzly.com

However, the color more closely matches this cart sold on Fingerhut. It even has the same warning label, in the same location on the side of the cart:

https://www.fingerhut.com/product/tool-cart-4-drawer-hd-teal/nf4kt.uts?CTid=1129&CAWELAID=730010170009641755&CAGPSPN=pla&CAAGID=18343899880&CATCI=pla-68311171930&catargetid=730010170000633666&cadevice=t&gclid=Cj0KEQiAvNrBBRDe3IOwzLn6_O4BEiQAmbK-Dvm1XT26y-D9NnwutFjicLtk9ZfySx6o4Ihx1hDAtz0aArBy8P8HAQ

Did anyone else notice that the seller has the lid propped open with a screwdriver in the one picture? I think the asking price should be cut in half, if not more.

Yup.

The first line of the ad says "scammer".

Sadly, reporting it shouldn't do any good. While he is trying to scam, he covers his *** by that first line of B.S.

Looks like original paint job to me. There are a couple of stickers that hint that. I do agree the first line makes it loud and clear that this is not a Blue Point cart. I would not count this as scamming just shady asking $200.

Like new does not mean new like in recently made. That cart is at least three years old, the wheels are the only thing showing age really.

Looks like a $40 cart to me.

The current BP equivalent is the KRBC10TB. I have a slightly older one - KRBC10TA I assume - here in the shop. It's the same layout, right down to the screwdriver and pliers holders, but there are significant differences.

You hit that dead on there with the fingerhut cart! I forgot that the harbor freight one has two small drawers on the left and a deep one on the right for the top section. Regardless, it's terrible that people do this kind of thing so often any more, yet so interesting that somebody out there will probably go for it...

Why can't people just be honest,it's not that hard.
It's really not that hard I would agree with that. That is if one actually cares to strive for that, but it would be hard for those that don't even try
