Check my recent garden shed post.
. I'm happy, but I did it all myself and it took months of my spare time to get it right. It was also more expensive than I expected

Just built a 12x16 12 foot tall shed this summer, between me and my 10yo son, with a few hours help from my brothers it took a full week from dawn to dusk, plus a few weekends after that to finish. I saved $2k but in the end it isn't worth it for the time I lost doing other things 913e0c22bdafbb8bada82d3c3e0fa300.jpg
edit: don't know why the pic is upside down. Shows normal in my gallery

How well does that solar light work?

Do you know where you bought it from?

I have seen some very similar at Harbor Freight

It works excellent, I have one inside the shed as well, I got them on Amazon as a 2 pack. It lights up in front of the door fairly decently, the one inside lights up the whole shed. It makes it so you can see everything and best yet I don't have to run power to the shed since it's mostly storage and therefore no permits. Lights been up for a month now with no problems.

Thanks, I am looking for something like this around the front of my shed

Do they have a switch or are they purely motion sensor?

Those ones have a 3 position switch, off, on, auto. I have them both set on auto and at the max limit of 10 minutes. One night i spent over an hour putting things away where they stayed on constantly with no noticeable light output dimming. I believe they state they can be left on for 6 hours when fully charged. I also have one of those on the mudroom door, the one I have is dim and when it sense motion it goes full bright for 15 seconds. With the short daylight hours mine only lasts about 2 hours now. Plus they are over a year old
