I like these Irwins, they have a c-clip which locks in the bit the magnetic ones always lose the bit and area a pain to use since the bits often get **** on the screw head. it has a small head so it can get into tight spots. Often go on sale for around 3 bucks or so and come in 6" and 12" lenghts also.

The Craftsman 43373 vs Wiha Proturn 48400

The magnet on the Wiha feels a little stronger.
The Wiha is lighter.
The Wiha is about two inches longer.
The handle of the Wiha is so much more comfortable in the hands. (Never really realized how rough the Craftsman handle was until I compared it to the Wiha.)
Germany vs. China...

I think if you're looking for a sub $10, magnetic, minimal use, 1/4", bit driver, you can't go wrong with either one of these.

I'm going to give the Wiha a year of use and then I'll report back.

And yes, thinking about picking up more German and Czech screwdrivers... Though, walking through my neighborhood Sears today, I couldn't help but feel some nostalgia for all those USA Craftsman screwdrivers that are still out there... Sigh...
