No special yellow sticker or anything...
I am guessing next year we will not see many tool boxes/carts.

Are the MW and DW chests made by the same manufacturer? I think the COO for both is Vietnam and the layout is nearly identical.

Went to my store today... Full milwaukee box is $698 just like everywhere. The top is priced only at $225.06, not the $75 like some people... :(

They have the last of the Rust-Oleum Deck & Concrete Restore marked down to $7.00 a gallon for the 2x thicker and $20 for a 5 gallon for the 10x thicker.

I also finally noticed the car section, it was on the isle with the welders & air compressors, between all the tools... lol... Just some oil & wiper blades. But they don't sell filters??? So what's the point?

My store is back up to $225.06 also. So literally like 2-3 days at $75.

The Werner multiladders are down to $60.04. Great buy at that price. If you wait long enough they'll likely fall to .02 something....maybe $30.02 (I don't know for certain)

My store also claims to be giving them away FREE plus $25 off a purchase if you're approved for a HD commercial credit card at the pro desk.

This Makita 36V (18V x 2) is ACTUALLY at $100.00 even despite the $140 price tag. I checked in the PCA and grabbed one at $100

This 36V rotary hammer seems to be at 50% of price. Looks like some stores are trying hard to shove off the 18x2 platform.

I verified this tag was correct (unlike the circular saw above) in my store's PCA

I like the idea of this product - especially at the clearance price - but the reviews are pretty bad. The positive ones seem to be from people that have just applied the product and are happy with how it looks. Lots of very negative reviews from people that have installed it after 6 months or a couple years. They claim the product totally loses adhesion with the wood and ends up a complete mess, requiring scraping / sanding etc to get it off and start over with a different solution. Lots of videos on YouTube showing this.

I guess I'll pass :(

I have watched one at $180 for a year. One store has mw boxes at reg price but shows inactive and there is a bunch up high. Go figure.

The restore has a class action lawsuit pertaining to its crappiness. The reward is a refund or new 10x restore product.

Well, I'm not sure why, but NLP savings took $50 off each of the $74 DW boxes I just bought ..

That's odd. Since when do receipts print with SKU and not upc? And why would it separate two identical items? Hmmmm.

Yes, don't bother with this junk. I used it on our deck stairs. Wood was in fair shape, let it dry for days after cleaning before application in the summer time. 4 months later, it was peeling off on the edges and random spots in the middle, but other areas were like concrete. I just used some deck paint to fix the visible areas and we moved a few months aftwards, so thankfully I did not have to attempt to remove it.

The first item on the first receipt and the second receipt were floor models on display and the cashier keyed in the SKU , vs scanning the code on the box... This is still the first time I've seen the receipt like this, but that's the only thing that makes sense

My store is back up to $225.06 also. So literally like 2-3 days at $75.

Checked two Atlanta stores today, Buckhead and Decatur. Milwaukee top still at 75 and one showed 2 in stock but after searching, only found two assembled sets up front so I assume that was the two tops.

Both of these stores have greatly stepped up their clearance process and put most of it out front.

Did have a employee in the fan and lighting area tell me that any ceiling fan on clearance was half off of the latest clearance price, "they want to move the clearance stuff out of the store" Sadly, nothing I wanted but there were 3-4 different fans, cheapest at $37.

I never saw any tops at my store, but they did have a couple bottoms...

Also I took a pic the other day when someone was asking about HD's automotive section... You've probably passed it a thousand times without even noticing...

My store says they have 14 of the big Milwaukee tool chests, and 5 of the Husky clones... I honestly don't think they have sold a single one since Black Friday... I'm sure eventually they will go on clearance but it's going to be a long time...

Went back to the store that didn't want to sell me the welder for the clearance price and took a picture of the boxes. Note the differences between the 2 but they both have the same sku and upc

<blockquote class="imgur-embed-pub" lang="en" data-id="a/13BXu"><a href="//imgur.com/13BXu"></a></blockquote><script async src="//s.imgur.com/min/embed.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

My guess would be the one on top should be on clearance since it looks like an old model. The demo above the boxes is the new version

That's the first think I noticed. Every time I get the same sku it is rang on the same line, and the total line amount is just multiplied

edit: i missed the post about the cashier keying in one of the sku's. i guess that makes sense

So what does the SKU price show up in the system for? Is this taken off at the register only so you have to gamble with your purchase hoping you get NLP savings?
