I've seen .07, .96 and I think a few others on yellow tags too. No idea what some of them mean. The ones that drop on a schedule are .06 and '04, they drop to .03 and .02. The .00 and others either drop weird or don't drop at all.

*Sometimes*... I've looked up items and the website shows one price, but then when you are in the store the shelf price (and price-checker page) can show lower.

If the item doesn't show up at all one the website then you know it's definitely on clearance and just a few left, if any at all.

My 60" Milwaukee says it shipped, but the shipping company, USF Holland, says the item is probably being picked up today, as it isn't really in their system yet.

This is typical. After they pick up from the warehouse, their PRO number should get assigned to the Bill of Lading, and you should be able to track it on Holland's website. :beer:

No email yet, but I got impatient and logged in. Sure enough, tracking info for AAA cooper for the 60" workbench.

I had to re-order over the phone with CS around 4:30-5pm cst sunday.

Home depot doesn't cancel things like that often, even if people figured out hwo to work the system to get a better deal than their region was set to get.

About a year ago, Home depot screwed up one of their discount codes. It was probably supposed to be $10 off a $100 purchase. But the code worked with any amount in your online order. So if you bought a $12 hammer online for in store pickup and put the coupon code in, the cost was $2 plus tax.

The coupon code hit slickdeals and literally tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of orders were placed. The code was only open for a few hours before someone found the issue or whatever. I placed probably a dozen or two separate orders and basically got anywhere from a 50% to 90% discount on the order. I bought a bunch of 28 piece husky stubby and regular metric and standard wrench sets. Sale price was $13, with the coupon, $3 plus tax. So I was paying 15 cents per wrench. Got a bunch of sidekick leatherman's for $7 after coupon, etc.

No one had their orders cancelled and some stores had hundreds of online orders made like this for store pick up.

I'm wondering if has more to do with the inventory in the region that would be shipping than the time ordered?

For those who had them cancelled I would suggest checking local inventory. Once located contact HD customer service and find out reason for cancellation then request order get fulfilled locally for same discounted price.
